You can only purchase tickets to attend the Foodservice & Hospitality Expo by using this Online Registration system.
*All registration fees include 19% VAT
• 100 lei / Free voucher – for Horeca professionals.
• 500 lei – for representatives of Horeca suppliers and other categories of visitors.
Registering for the event by using the 100% discount voucher is only accepted for hospitality professionals and Horeca locations representatives. Participation fees can be paid exclusively online.
Access will only be granted based on the unique Foodservice & Hospitality Expo registration code. We reserve the right to cancel the registration at the Foodservice & Hospitality Expo for any non-compliance reason.
REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:
Access to the exhibition and to all activities included in the Foodservice & Hospitality Expo program.
If you wish to purchase tickets for a group of more than 10 people, we kindly ask you to send us a list consisting of the names of participants to email@example.com; the list will be drawn up in a Microsoft Excel-type format.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation is possible if filed for until October 20, 2023: Full refund of the fee will be made, minus bank fees. No refund or cancellation after October 21, 2023 will be accepted, regardless of the registration category. For cancellations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
