FoodService & Hospitality Expo 2023

Save the date, November 4 – 6, 2023!

You can only purchase tickets to attend the Foodservice & Hospitality Expo by using this Online Registration system.

INFORMATION ABOUT ENROLLING* THE EXPO AS VISITOR

*All registration fees include 19% VAT
• 100 lei / Free voucher – for Horeca professionals.
500 lei – for representatives of Horeca suppliers and other categories of visitors.

Registering for the event by using the 100% discount voucher is only accepted for hospitality professionals and Horeca locations representatives. Participation fees can be paid exclusively online.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  • Choose the category you belong to: Horeca locations professionals or suppliers/distributors and other industries representatives.
  • Fill in the number of participants. If you choose to pay by card, please fill in the billing data and then make the payment. If you have a 100% free voucher, it is not necessary to provide your billing data.
  • You will receive a link to the email address provided, and then by following that link you can fill in the necessary fields to complete the registration process. This step is MANDATORY and only after filling in all the info the registration will be taken into consideration.
  • After completing the participant information form we will email the unique Foodservice & Hospitality Expo registration code (QR-code) to all registered participants who have completed the registration procedure.

Access will only be granted based on the unique Foodservice & Hospitality Expo registration code. We reserve the right to cancel the registration at the Foodservice & Hospitality Expo for any non-compliance reason.

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:
Access to the exhibition and to all activities included in the Foodservice & Hospitality Expo program.

Groups enrollment
If you wish to purchase tickets for a group of more than 10 people, we kindly ask you to send us a list consisting of the names of participants to office@horecainsight.ro; the list will be drawn up in a Microsoft Excel-type format.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation is possible if filed for until October 20, 2023: Full refund of the fee will be made, minus bank fees. No refund or cancellation after October 21, 2023 will be accepted, regardless of the registration category. For cancellations, please contact us at office@horecainsight.ro
