FoodService & Hospitality Expo 2024 – Exhibitors

4th Edition FooodService & Hospitality Expo 2024

The FoodService & Hospitality Expo 2024 reaffirmed the positive impact collaboration and professional excellence have on the HoReCa industry. With an impressive 22,500 professional visitors over the three-day event – this edition provided the perfect space for innovation, networking, and inspiration.

One of the highlights of the Expo was the organizing & hosting of three prestigious competitions:
• Arena Bucatarilor Finals displayed top culinary talents, where chefs competed to express their creativity and state-of-the-art techniques.
• The Dessert Journey: Ephemeral Sweets celebrated dessert artistry, and the contestants were rewarded with prizes such as workshops and visits to renowned culinary centers across Europe.
• The Romanian Pizza Challenge winners impressed a strict jury and earned qualification for an international competition in Rimini.

These competitions allowed participants to perform under conditions like international contests, underlining the high standards promoted by the Expo.

The organizers also presented four special awards for excellence and outstanding contributions:
• Best Stand Design Award: Omnia Gusti, for an innovative and inspiring stand design.
• Flavor Excellence Distinction: Metro, for captivating live cooking demonstrations, including the carving of a half-ton tuna.
• Outstanding Engagement Award: Aquila and Parmafood, for its interactive and diverse stand.
• Remarkable Brand Promotion Award: Ion Mos, for their continuous efforts in brand promotion and awareness.

On the main stage, live demonstrations charmed the audience, bringing some of the best chefs and pastry artists in front of participants. Notable moments included performances by prestigious names such as Chef Alex Cirtu – also the relentless MC of the event – alongside Chef Florin Ciobanu, Chef Antonio Passarelli, and many others.

The conference hall hosted a variety of workshops and masterclasses, such as “The Local Ingredient—an Asset for HoReCa,” “Future of FoodTech,” and “Introduction to the World of Wine,” all of which contributed to the education and inspiration of attendees.

This Expo is quickly becoming the go-to event for HoReCa and Retail professionals in Eastern Europe, solidifying its position as a hub for innovation, networking, and business growth. The sheer scale of participation, the presence of leading brands, and the unmatched opportunities to showcase products and services make it a must-attend event for industry leaders and newcomers alike. The fifth edition will undoubtedly reinforce this status, attracting an even broader audience and creating new opportunities for partnership and success.

Looking ahead, the FoodService & Hospitality Expo pledges an even grander edition during the weekend of 8 – 10 November 2025, set to take place at Hala Laminor in Bucharest. We look forward to welcoming you again to redefine excellence in the HoReCa industry.
